We've carefully curated our guest list, and due to capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that you respect this, as we are unable to make exceptions.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Due to venue regulations and licensing requirements, we are only permitted to have guests who are 19 years of age or older on the premises. We kindly ask that you make the necessary arrangements in advance and appreciate your understanding.

Guests are kindly asked to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for seating. We encourage punctuality so that everyone is present as we begin.

We are pleased to host an open bar for our guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, it will be seamlessly moved indoors at the venue.

Our wedding will include meaningful elements of Iraqi culture, reflected in the music, atmosphere, and overall experience. We look forward to sharing these special traditions with you.

Free parking is available for all of our guests.

The Royal Ambassador is fully wheelchair accessible. The venue features accessible entrances, barrier-free access to indoor banquet spaces, accessible washrooms, and paved pathways around the grounds.
